Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2C environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- Must be authorized to work in US and start within 48 hours
