Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum Computing, BioTech)

Qualifications
- 5+ years in tech recruitment with demonstrated success in AI/ML or emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI recruitment tools (HireVue, Eightfold.ai, SeekOut)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech landscapes
- Certified in Future Tech Recruitment (FTR) or equivalent advanced certification
- Proven track record of placing PhD candidates and research scientists
- Experience with blockchain-based credential verification systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment optimization experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
