As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive and active candidates for technical positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from requisition opening to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent hiring flow.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high degree of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
