- Monitor emerging policy shifts (IRA/CHIPS Act) and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Masters in Energy Systems or Sustainability with 7+ years experience
- Deep expertise in 2026-era tech: green hydrogen, microgrids, AI energy forecasting
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or LEED AP credential required
