Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Operations) to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and BOMs.
- Train production staff on new equipment and engineering changes.
- Evaluate new technologies and equipment for integration into existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLM systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
