Responsibilities
- Lead process optimization projects using advanced simulation tools
- Develop and refine P&IDs for refinery operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Implement cost-reduction strategies in production workflows
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years oil & gas process engineering experience
- Expertise in HYSYS, PRO/II, and Aspen Plus
- PMP or PE certification strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of API standards and OSHA regulations
- Proven track record of project delivery
