Responsibilities
- Analyze current production workflows and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with production managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute operational strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Design and maintain comprehensive training programs to ensure staff compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage capital projects related to facility layout and equipment optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, or operations management.
- Professional Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a strong plus.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.
