Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the production line.
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex machinery and equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement long-term preventative measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
