Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software (ERP systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to work in a fast-paced facility.
