In this role, you will oversee critical infrastructure maintenance and support during off-hours, ensuring seamless operations for the entire team. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates during the weekend window.
- Monitor server logs and infrastructure performance to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for end-users during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to document changes and transfer knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or technical support.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently on weekends.
