Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define feature requirements and timelines.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility for a seamless user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with zero-downtime strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
