Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor automated and manual test scripts to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Analyze system logs and error reports to identify bugs and escalate critical issues to the development team.
- Document defects clearly and concisely in the tracking system to facilitate rapid resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback during the testing phase.
- Maintain a clean and organized testing environment to ensure accurate results.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align on project goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar technical support role.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM or similar).
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
