We are looking for a dedicated Weekend Operations Manager to join our Arlington, VA team!

As the Weekend Operations Manager, you will be the face of our facility on Saturday and Sunday, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all weekend logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and optimal workflow.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Resolve operational issues and logistical bottlenecks in real-time during the weekend shift.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless handover between weekend and weekday shifts.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and report any facility issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Proven experience leading a team or supervising staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
