Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations and optimize supply chain workflows for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and external partners.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on supply chain performance metrics, KPIs, and monthly forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally to distribution centers.
