Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift personnel, optimizing workflow efficiency and safety protocols
- Coordinate real-time inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement quality control measures with zero-defect standards
- Manage emergency response protocols during off-peak hours
- Train and mentor new team members on advanced logistics systems
- Generate performance analytics reports for operational improvement

Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse operations
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure overnight environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
