Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and digital reporting tools
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless handovers with day operations
- Conduct daily performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Valid forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics a plus
