Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, stock, and pick inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack and prepare orders for shipping to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high standards of quality are met before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable transportation method and a positive work history.
