Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify high-potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate relationships through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track key metrics and provide weekly reports on recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of software development roles (Java, Python, React, etc.) and engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high energy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
