Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social recruiting, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the entire interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding efforts.
- Provide market feedback to hiring managers regarding salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
- Meet aggressive monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the Software/IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-level technical roles on a Direct Hire basis.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to travel to the San Diego office or attend networking events in North Carolina as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
