Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
- Conducting initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process for direct-hire positions, from pipeline to offer.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and passive candidates.
- Updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely data.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting (SaaS, IT, Engineering) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and direct-hire models.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions.
