Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Conducting phone and video interviews with top-tier talent
- Managing applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
- Developing creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Facilitating interview scheduling and candidate feedback loops
- Building and maintaining talent networks across Raleigh-Durham
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of closing technical and non-technical roles
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong interpersonal skills with candidate-centric approach
- Ability to prioritize multiple urgent hiring requests
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Knowledge of Raleigh's tech and professional talent landscape
