Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking, GitHub) to identify passive talent.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person technical interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in a competitive market.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Demonstrated success in Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire placements.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles (Java, Python, AWS, etc.) and the tech industry.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
