Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries during the night shift.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Accurately document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed product information and assist with account management.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex technical or billing issues to senior management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
