Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to document technical procedures and solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support our Virginia operations remotely or on-site as required.
