Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure end-user systems including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain system security protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technology implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/O365)
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in fast-paced environments
