Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with network maintenance and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Conduct end-user training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
