Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and internal systems during night operations.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets and customer inquiries with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Ensure 100% uptime for critical business applications.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless ticket handovers and continuity of service.
- Perform routine system checks, security updates, and preventative maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
