Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; lead technical design reviews to ensure best practices.
- Database Optimization: Design and optimize complex database schemas and queries for speed and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver features on time.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React (or Vue/Angular) and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong expertise in Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching solutions (Redis).
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
