Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Lead architectural reviews and guide the technical direction for complex projects.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability of our cloud-based services.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
