Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with a focus on urgent requests.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement security protocols.
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a strong plus.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach, OH office.
