Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software applications using industry-standard technologies.
- Lead code reviews, providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
- Design and implement complex algorithms and data structures to optimize application performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the definition of technical strategy and best practices for the engineering department.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (preferably in a full-stack environment).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
