Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Diagnose network connectivity issues and resolve printer malfunctions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT support tickets and incidents.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement security updates and patches.
- Train end-users on new software applications and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available for immediate start and able to work part-time hours.
- Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing systems is preferred.
