Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Manage and execute daily tasks efficiently to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Customer Support: Provide top-tier support to clients via email and phone, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and implement new strategies.
- Content Management: Assist in the creation and optimization of web content to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on internal systems to ensure data integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of SEO principles.
