The Role
As a key member of our engineering squad, you will be responsible for architecting robust applications and driving technical excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich software.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremonies.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and performance vulnerabilities in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team's capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI libraries (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
