Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Datadog or Prometheus, resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to define best practices for code release and deployment.
- Drive the adoption of containerization technologies, primarily Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and containerization platforms.
- Experience with major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and bridge the gap between development and operations.
