Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Strong experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid team environment.
