Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for career pages, job postings, and employer branding content
- Source, engage, and place top-tier technical talent across engineering, data science, and product roles
- Analyze talent market trends and competitive landscapes to inform recruitment strategies
- Optimize applicant journey through conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search

Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined experience in technical recruitment and SEO strategy
