In this direct hire position, you will be the bridge between our engineering and product teams and the best talent in the market. You will own the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing passive candidates to coordinating final interviews. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career changers to build a solid foundation in Human Resources and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms to identify and screen qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure we are always ready to fill open positions.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a world-class experience for candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and compensation benchmarks to advise hiring managers.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline health and hiring status.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM software (Salesforce, Greenhouse) and MS Office Suite.
- Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
