Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across engineering, data science, and product management roles
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans using cutting-edge ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from pipeline development to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a globally representative workforce
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to refine recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Silicon Valley
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill roles including software engineers and data scientists
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, ML frameworks)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Strong analytical skills for recruitment metrics and process optimization
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
