As a part-time Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our direct-hire strategy, sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional candidates in roles ranging from Software Engineering to Data Science. This position offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support for candidates based in Philadelphia, PA, or remotely in Virginia.

Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, from defining job requirements to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough technical phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical needs and culture.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, IT, DevOps, or Data Science).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for in-person interviews within the PA/VA region.
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (React, Python, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
