Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Provide market insights and reporting on recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and technical stacks.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
