Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conducting effective interviews and coordinating the interview process with hiring managers.
