Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified technical candidates across multiple disciplines
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering and IT roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and build recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering/IT roles
- Proven track record of closing high-volume, urgent hiring initiatives
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche tech job boards
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technical sourcing (e.g., CTS) preferred
