Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to identify and screen qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing timely feedback.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a world-class candidate experience through professional communication and engagement.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
