As a part-time Technical Recruiter, you will be instrumental in scaling our client's engineering and IT departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and execute a strategic sourcing plan to find the best candidates in the market.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks to identify passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, providing regular updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to ensure we are hiring the best.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources (part-time or full-time).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical job roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple searches effectively.
