Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pool to ensure consistent hiring velocity for immediate openings.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and culture add.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process and negotiate terms to secure top talent.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to ensure our recruiting strategies remain competitive in the Silicon Valley market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development stacks (Java, Python, .NET, AWS) and engineering roles.
- Sourcing Proficiency: Advanced experience with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of building relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work on-site in San Jose, CA.
