Responsibilities
- Recruiting Operations: Conduct end-to-end technical recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and offer management.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize job descriptions, career pages, and LinkedIn postings to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strategies to find passive candidates in the tech sector.
- ATS Management: Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring pipeline hygiene and accurate candidate data entry.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, providing timely updates.
- Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align recruitment strategies with broader SEO campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or SEO optimization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and meta tags.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Tools: Proficient in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
