Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for technical roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified software engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity specialists
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job narratives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including screening, technical assessments, and offer negotiations
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and innovative sourcing tools to optimize efficiency
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experiences
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to build equitable, high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill roles
- Expert knowledge of DC tech market and familiarity with local tech communities
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage technical stakeholders
- Strong data literacy to interpret recruitment metrics and drive strategic decisions
- Certified in Recruitment Strategies or Talent Acquisition (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in mid-to-senior technical positions
