Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social media, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruiting technologies.
- Contribute to the development of our employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of the San Francisco tech market and technical skill sets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
