Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Manage the candidate experience, providing timely feedback and a transparent hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics (KPIs) to optimize hiring speed and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Deep understanding of the Washington DC tech market and technical skill sets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
